- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and training as needed

- Manage inventory and control food costs

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in team management within the food service industry

- Knowledge of sushi, interviewing, food handling, and production
