Title: Psychiatric APRN
Seeking a Full time Psychiatric Provider-APRN.
Community Counseling Center is a Non-Profit providing service in Carson City and Douglas County, and other rural counties in Nevada. Services are provided for Children, Adolescents, and Adults.
Services are provided in an integrated behavioral health setting. All aspects of healthy living are incorporated into an individual treatment plan constructed and designed for each client.
Description:
We are looking to add a treatment provider to our team to deliver high quality, evidence-based psychiatric outpatient services as well as Medically Assisted Treatment. Our Psychiatric providers are responsible for ensuring the treatment of patients who come to our Behavioral Health Clinic. This provider will assess, diagnose and treat our patients and recommend and refer to other services in and out of the organization. In collaboration with other members of the treatment team, this provider will contribute to a full wellness plan for patients served. Services are provided in an integrated behavioral health setting, of multidisciplinary para-professional and professionals with a person-centered family-centered, recovery-oriented approach to care.
Responsibility:
· Initial Behavioral health evaluations
· Assessing Clients using standardized screening, assessments tools and measures;
· Provide evidence-based medication treatment
· Provide individual and group psycho education
· Care Coordination
· Medication Assisted Treatment specialty care
· Provide Crisis assessment and triage with appropriate interventions
· Consultations regarding clients with other professionals and paraprofessionals
· Documentation in EHR
· On-Call schedule for crisis management
· Attend treatment planning meetings as needed to effectively manage individuals care.
· Provision of other integrated treatment in electronic health records
· Documentation for audit policies and procedures

Education & Experience:
Psychiatric APRN licensed in the State of Nevada:
Board Certified required
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
