**Overview:**
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be mainly responsible for operating Holtec equipment in our warehouse to cut lumber for assembly of our products. This role requires tape measurer, reading, writing, and math skills, along with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality and efficiency. Must be able to stand, bend, and stoop in extreme climate conditions for a minimum of eight (8) hours per day. Must be able to use small tools, such as banding equipment, drills, sawzall, etc. and must be able and willing to operate other machinery and equipment as needed.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate Holtec machine to produce components according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and other equipment to fabricate and assemble parts.
- Load and unload materials and products from and to forklifts.
- Package and prepare products for shipment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with quality control team to identify and address any defects or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Meet production targets and deadlines while adhering to quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and manufacturing techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Experience:**
- At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator or in a related manufacturing role preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools and other equipment used in manufacturing.
- Experience in a forklift operation and warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, extreme climate, environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Skills:**
- Fabrication and assembly experience preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools and other manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in a warehouse/forklift environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.99 - $16.61 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
