Contract Operations Associate
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. The candidate must possess strong organizational and analytical skills and should be very detail oriented. They should have an entrepreneurial nature, a desire to learn, and a proactive, resourceful, systems thinking mindset. 5+ years’ experience with contract management required.
Your Impact:
Managing and owning end-to-end contract delivery for a portfolio of client contracts
Acting as a liaison between clients, vendors, and colleagues to facilitate work and accomplish objectives in a collaborative effort
Ensuring that contracts and proposals are properly maintained within Conga contract lifecycle management system (CLM).
Serving as client liaison during contract development and negotiations
Working collaboratively with client’s legal team to ensure effective and efficient contract communication and management
Summarizing and relaying contract terms to laypersons with an understanding of risk and concerns as they relate to the client’s interests
Ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of contract language prior to sending to executives and clients/colleagues for approval
Preparing documents and routine correspondences with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, developing new client communications as necessary
Maintaining deadlines and communicate on an ongoing basis with managers and client about items in the pipeline by providing timely status reports
Summarizing contracted vendors/consultants and key projects on a regular basis
Serving as point of contact between accounts payable and clients on new contracts giving guidance on client invoices and reconciling against contracts
Assisting with special projects and other assignments as needed
What you’ll offer:
5+ years’ contract management experience required
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills and the demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior level clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with sound judgment
Ability to maintain a professional, calm, “can do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
Motivated, efficient, operates with a sense of urgency, proactive with a customer service orientation
Exceptional professional writing skills
Ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with applicable internal contacts and external clients
Superior organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to follow a process and uphold policies and procedures
Resourcefulness with the ability to think outside the box when problem solving
Ability to work independently and in a team
Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information of the firm
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel (specifically, a working knowledge of pivot tables, basic formulas and functions, and formatting), as well as Adobe Acrobat
Systems thinker
Experience with a contract management system a plus (such as Conga, Juro, ContractWorks, PandaDoc, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree
Flexibility to work extended hours as circumstances dictate

The base salary range for this position is:
$113,000 - $140,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
