As an IT Administrator DevOps specializing in O365 and Azure cloud infrastructure, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our digital ecosystem. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our Office 365 environment, as well as managing and enhancing our Azure-based infrastructure to support our business operations effectively. You will be responsible for working with our staff to ensure appropriate licensing, and responsible for procurement and tracking of licensing and software used throughout our organization.
In addition to managing our Office 365 environment, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Azure cloud infrastructure. This will involve provisioning and configuring virtual machines, storage accounts, networking resources, and other Azure services to support our Software Engineering efforts.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operation of our Microsoft Office 365 environment, ensuring its stability, reliability, and performance.
· Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the O365 ecosystem, ensuring appropriate access levels and security configurations.
· Proactively monitor the security posture of the company's digital infrastructure, including O365 and Azure environments.
· Implement and maintain security best practices and configurations to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
· Collaborate with the engineering group to provision, configure, and maintain Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) components.
· Monitor the health and performance of Azure resources, optimizing configurations to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
· Collaborate with the engineering group to participate in DevOps processes and practices, promoting a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Provide IT technical and hardware support for staff.
· Perform other duties as required to support the success of our clients and the organization.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field experience.
· 3+ Years of experience of O365 Administrator and maintaining Azure Cloud PaaS and IaaS environments.
· Required experience administering and supporting Microsoft Windows and Server ecosystem.
· Highly desirable to have experience with GitHub actions and/or supporting DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
· Highly desirable to have experience maintaining PCI and SOC 2 compliance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills, with experience in presentations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
