Job Description
*Advanced Limousine Services is seeking a Reservationist/Customer Service Associate to coordinate and manage requests for executive transportation and special event transportation for a variety of events. In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with existing and prospective customers to quote business and arrange the logistical details for the transportation to, from and during their event. This is a PT position with the possibility of FT. This position will require you to work out of our new main office in Southampton PA*
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- Answer incoming calls and communicate quotes in a clear and precise manner to earn the customer’s service.
- Oversee the reservation process, including adding, canceling, and editing customer requests, while ensuring timing, logistical details, and applicable laws are in place.
- Review, proofread, and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Record, organize, and prepare customer and employee information, including driver reports.
- Support, promote, and enhance our company’s strong commitment to safety and delivering the BEST Customer experience
- On-Call Availability is required
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience working in the transportation industry is preferred but not required
- Comfortable managing confidential information
- Proficiency in analyzing and solving problems while working under pressure or tight deadlines
- Computer Skills: Possess strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite; transportation software preferred
