· Active daily participation in plant safety program to ensure a safe work environment and that OSHA standards are upheld.
· Lead on Creation and coordination of site Framework and IO/Regular Purchase Orders (POs).
- Placing and expediting orders for Administrative Staff, and Operations via PO with SAP, Internet based Supplier account or Credit Card. Ordering and taking stock of office supplies and Janitorial Supplies
· Daily Invoicing coordination responsibilities.
- Monthly and Quarterly Monitoring of Framework PO spending level and reporting to Management team.
· Catering/scheduling for on/off site events (meetings and appointments for various occasions, Staff meetings, Employee Appreciations, etc.
· Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
- Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
- Coordination and development of ways to improve administrative processes.
- Creating/maintaining Monthly and Weekly Reports as required, preparing monthly sitewide communication.
- Researching and booking travel arrangements for staff members when needed
- New Hire Readiness-Calling for interviews, scheduling hire dates, point of contact with Temp Service. Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external vendors
- Point of Contact for Vendors with Invoicing needs/concerns.
- New Vendor Readiness—Submit proper documents to Procurement.
- Contractor Readiness—Send all information to contractors to be on site. (Contractor Questionnaire; Contractor Orientation)
- Community Outreach—School Boosters, Getting ads together for the Newspaper, etc.
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma /GED or equivalent experience, further education desired.
- 5 years administration experience desired.
- Computer literate – Email, Word, Excel, SAP etc.
- Drug Screen, Physical Exam and Background Check required.
· An understanding and awareness of chemicals and their nature, hazards, safety, and health issues etc. (MSDS’s, use of PPE etc.)
· Must abide by all workplace policies and procedures.
· Must have a strong work ethic, demonstrating both initiative and a professional attitude.
· Must have a willingness to learn the required competencies to be successful.
· Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and effectively convey pertinent written and verbal information.
· Candidates must have excellent communication skills.
· Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
