The Account Manager is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Senior Sales Manager.
The role will be responsible for managing and growing key wholesale accounts for our brands. You will cultivate relationships with existing clients and ensure the products are effectively distributed and represented in the wholesale market. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and help grow B2B sales for both brands
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations: order flow, drop-ship account maintenance
- Ensure a smooth upload of new collections cross dropship accounts
- Track and improve brand standards at all B2B touchpoints
- Responsible for weekly sales report tracking and analysis.
- Establish and develop account relationships and cultivate relationships with key retailer personnel in order to influence and execute strategic direction with these accounts.
- Work closely with all levels of the organization to resolve complex issues or concerns; communicating in a clear, concise manner.
- Help track reviews and ensure customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Fashion Merchandising from an accredited 4 year college or university
- 1-2 + years in wholesale account management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Internships included
- Relevant experience from the fashion, beauty, or luxury industry preferred
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and retail math such as pivot tables, vlookup, and other complex formulas
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
