Summary
The eCommerce Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing various aspects of our digital presence, with a focus on driving sales conversion and enhancing brand visibility on Amazon, Walmart, Target, among other retailers. This role will also involve managing ad placements across Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo. What will you do?

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop top-tier eCommerce content and create retailer-specific digital media plans.

Track Point of Sale (POS) data and promotional activities to analyze ROI and optimize ad spend for increased conversion rates.

Oversee the overall eCommerce business, aligning team efforts with corporate goals, including portfolio management, traffic/conversion optimization, and strategy maintenance.

Execute retail search tactics across Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo to drive traffic and boost sales conversion.

Translate strategic plans into actionable execution, leveraging prior experience in Customer Development or Marketing roles to effectively manage and influence multiple stakeholders.

Develop an evolving eCommerce portfolio strategy to drive growth and enhance profitability for both Instant Pot Brands and retail partners.

Provide tailored eCommerce recommendations and solutions to the broader marketing organization.

Take ownership of reporting and performance tracking.

Conduct retail sales, trend, and performance analysis, owning sell-out insights and providing ad hoc analysis.

Monitor and communicate post-launch results to improve short- and long-term forecast accuracy and product lifecycle for Instant Pot Brands.

Stay abreast of competition, market trends and competitor activities.
Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field (Master’s Degree welcomed).

3-5 years of experience in eCommerce channel/account management, with a focus on Amazon and other major online retailers.

Proficiency in using platforms like Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Retail Link.

Ability to change campaigns in real-time.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Proven track record of driving online sales growth through managing product assortment, content optimization, media placements, and product ratings and reviews.

Familiarity with technical setup activities for eCommerce platforms.

Experience working with major online platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.

Deep understanding of POS analytics, promotional analytics, and content management.

Demonstrated ability to leverage consumer brands to achieve rapid online growth.
