```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all aspects of the properties, including tenant relations, property maintenance, financial management, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Oversee the preparation of leases, rental agreements, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones
- Monitor rental rates in the market to ensure competitive pricing
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and housing codes
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative procedures and laws
- Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Experience in data entry and financial management
