Responsibilities range from helping the team onboard new agents and advisors, to calculating commissions, ordering office supplies and opening / shutting down the office. If you have a compliance background, you will also be tasked with certain compliance duties for the advisory business (Registered Investment Advisor).

The position is a dual role of Compliance and Office Manager.

Your responsibilities will include helping us ensure that our books and records are in good order, that the office runs like a well-oiled machine, and that our professional relationships receive the appropriate communication. You will also handle some financial services-related paperwork and calls to/from existing and prospective Clients and Reps—in essence, a 'jack-of-all-trades' type position.

Investment and/or Securities background is a Requirement.
If you do not have a formal compliance background but understand the ins and outs and have a very detailed nature, we will help the right person get trained in this field. We will also offer ongoing professional education to help the right employee learn and grow in their craft.
Requirements: Good 'People Person' Excellent Customer Service Skills Detail-oriented SureLC (Insurance Agent 'contracting' software), experience, Schwab Advisor Platform experience are also huge advantages.
MicroSoft Word/Excel skills a must.
