Are you passionate about maintenance and ready to lead a team in a fast-paced, fun environment? Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the proactive and reactive maintenance of their manufacturing equipment and facilities.
You will supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring the smooth operation of their production facility. This role includes managing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and leading a team of technicians.
Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant technical operations, including facilities, equipment, utilities, and grounds.

Manage maintenance storeroom, CMMS, spare parts, inventory, and MRO purchasing.

Lead preventive maintenance processes and response efforts to unplanned downtime.

Maintain cleanliness to GMP standards and participate in SQF audits.

Inspect completed work for compliance with blueprints, specifications, and standards.
Schedule:
- Flexible hours: 6 am - 3 pm, 7 am - 4 pm

May need to come in later for the 2nd shift if needed.
Pay:
$80 000 - $90 000 per year
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of machines and equipment.

Ability to coach, monitor, and discipline employees effectively.

Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and welding techniques is a plus.
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.

Occasionally required to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Work in a wet, hot environment with various chemicals and tools.
