Responsibilities:
· Preparing corporate, partnership, individual, trust or estate tax returns
· Reviewing returns prepared by staff and providing training
· Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax preparation, planning and complex tax issues
· Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices
· Performing research and being the contact person for the IRS on a client's behalf
· Accounting services for tax clients
· Financial statement preparation and compilation engagements
· Direct Supervision of staff
Qualifications:
· CPA license (Required)
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
· 10+ years of experience
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills
· Ability to effectively delegate work as needed
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills
· Attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
