Position: Landscape Designer/Salesperson
Position Description: The Landscape Designer/Salesperson must be thoroughly familiar with designing, estimating, and selling all aspects of landscape construction including but not limited to: site analysis, grading, drainage, plant selection and placement, hardscape (patios, walkways, decks, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, etc...), water features, lighting, and irrigation. The Landscape Designer/Salesperson must also be able to design the same using CAD and Landscape software.
Further requirements include excellent analytical as well as aesthetic skills, provide excellent customer service and be able to do take-offs. The Landscape Designer/Salesperson oversees the installation of landscape and irrigation projects daily and interfaces with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The Landscape Designer/Salesperson will also interface with the company Production, Sales, and Accounting personnel.
Pay Structure:
Base Salary (yearly): $40,000 - $50,000 annually plus Commissions based on sales.
