Lewis Bakeries located in Vincennes, IN is looking for a full time Human Resources Administrator to provide support in all HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-today HR support to the Vincennes Plant HR department

Assistance with hiring/recruitment initiatives, attendance/leave of absence tracking, document control for policies and contracts, metrics reporting, etc.

Support safety and training programs

Assist with related audits, reports, investigations as needed

Update and maintain information within HRIS

Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws

Other duties as needed
Requirements:
-
Associates degree in a Business field, or 2 years demonstrated human resources administrative experience

Great communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills

Highly responsible, team-orientated individual with very strong work ethic; self-starter

Exceptional user of MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint preferred

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
