We are looking for an experienced Advisor, potential Manager to join our team in our main office in Charlotte. This role is for Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Effectively & clearly communicate with customers through phone and email.
- Create work orders based on customer service requests for multiple locations
- Schedule and assign service requests for technicians in assigned territory
- Create daily and weekly schedules for service technicians
- Optimize efficiency and effectiveness of service technicians through strategic scheduling.
- Ensure technicians follow assigned schedules and timelines.
- Monitor and maintaine service vehicles.
- Management of technician efficiency.
Skills
- Proven working experience as a customer service coordinator
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
- Ability to think strategically and to lead
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Hi-Line vehicle customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
