- Oversees day-to-day operations in direct relation to standards & policies of Paw Commons Pet Resorts and Training Centers grooming department and its lodging bath services.
- Participates in training and corrections for new hires and existing employees along with the workflow and best practices.
- Takes initiative in providing information in conjunction with the care of sick or injured animals, and proactive communication with customers & managers.
- Achieves sales goals and delivers quality services by upselling services, estimating costs for clients, providing feedback, and providing recommendations to improve the care and experience.
- Manages all lodging service baths, organizes time, and coordinates or asks for assistance.
Under the direction of the Salon Grooming Manager, the Bather will role model the Paw Commons Brand for their peers and customers by utilizing the “Bad Words Better Replacements” philosophy when broaching sensitive topics with clients and around clients. As a bather with Paw Commons Pet Resort duties include but are not limited to, working in a team environment, assisting in the training efforts of new employees, actively managing deadlines, cleaning and maintenance of the grooming environment, Daycare yard, facility, and front desk support in down times. Performs other duties as necessary.

Full time 32 -40 hours per week, and Part-time under 32 hours, may qualify for commissions, hourly wages, tips, health, vision and dental benefits, 401K, PTO, and Sick time.
