We help nonprofits incorporate and obtain their 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We also provide additional services, including education, coaching, and mentoring, as their nonprofit gets off the ground. Lastly, we help nonprofits maintain annual state and federal compliance requirements.
In this role, you will serve on the front lines, educating prospective and existing nonprofits by making recommendations and introducing them to how our services can help grow, maintain, or enhance their nonprofit organization.

We are looking to add to our sales consulting team! Specifically, we want professionals with a passion for helping Nonprofits, excellent communication and sales skills, and a desire to help Entrepreneurs and Nonprofits grow their causes and give back to their communities.
As part of your training, we will teach you how to start a nonprofit organization and help you understand the steps necessary to run one successfully. The successful candidate is an energetic sales and relationship builder with a goal-setting and success-focused mindset. The Nonprofit Consultant is responsible for attracting potential customers by responding to marketing lead follow-up and outbound sales calls and scheduling phone appointments. Core expectations of the role include:
- Identifying client needs.
- Answering product and service questions.
- Recommending formation, compliance, and tax services.
- Educate clients on general business and nonprofit matters.
The candidate must possess knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the nonprofit and for-profit business fields. As the Nonprofit Consultant, the role will focus on warm lead follow-up (No Cold Calls). The role works with limited supervision and will be graded based on sales results and client satisfaction. The sales consultant may also be asked to support additional growth efforts by interacting and acquiring new clients through developing and cultivating relationships with the business and nonprofit community including centers of influence, CPAs, attorneys, Insurance Agents, Bankers, etc. The ideal candidate demonstrates a broad understanding of business and nonprofit practices and the ability to grow and expand the business strategically.
Responsibilities
The Nonprofit Consultant will work in a client-focused, team-centered environment in partnership with our nonprofit services and other support roles to serve the needs of the company's clients. The role is the initial client relationship, serving as the liaison between the prospective client and our service and support teams to simplify our nonprofit clients' lives while contributing to the continued growth of BryteBridge Consulting, LLC. The candidate will drive sales efforts for our team while ensuring client service and retention standards are met. The candidate will establish the initial client relationship, explain our services and process, define mutual responsibilities, and gather client data for our service teams to begin the order and relationship process.
Duties
Relationship Building and Sales
- Serve as the initial client relationship liaison between the prospective client and our service and support teams.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Develop centers of influence with CPAs, attorneys, Insurance Agents, Bankers, etc.
- Recommend potential products or services to customers based on their needs and unique situations.
- Prepare product or service sales reports every week
- Generate and cultivate sales leads
- Inform customers of specials and promotions that may be of benefit to them.
Goal Setting and Accountability
- Create weekly and monthly game plans to meet or exceed established goals.
- Review key metrics regularly to identify trends and create plans to respond to them.
- Be assertive in establishing a good sales process and follow-up/
- Utilize computer technology to handle high lead volumes and keep records of customer interactions in the client relationship management program (Infusionsoft)
Teamwork and Collaboration
- Be present and an active participant during team meetings, sales training, and other collaboration efforts.
- Recommend potential products or services to management based on collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Serve as a sounding board for prospective product, process, and service enhancements that improve the client and employee experience.
- Work closely with team members to provide an excellent client experience. Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of business development/sales experience.
- Possess a track record of success obtaining referrals from my own network and converting such referrals into new business.
- Experienced sales skills to determine the needs of clients and prospects through probing questions, offering solutions, and asking for the right actions and next steps.
- Demonstrated strategic planning and selling experience
- Experience using CRM systems (Infusionsoft, ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills
Proven time management and organizational skills in high volume, high energy environments

- Base Salary of $50,000 + Quarterly Bonus Structure. Total Anticipated Compensation Range ($65,000-$80,000) with the opportunity to earn more.
