Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee our clinical operations in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all clinical services, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing leadership to our clinical staff.
What we look for in a top level candidate is someone who provides Servant Leadership within the center to support high quality therapy, fosters a fun and friendly team culture, and delivers successful client outcomes through high quality ABA
Responsibilities:
- Leads a clinic of 20-30 Clients, 20-30 Direct Staff, 2-3 BCBAs, 2-3 Program Coordinators, and an in-person front-desk Scheduling Coordinator
- Coordinates with the Human Resources, Recruitment, and Training departments for onboarding and initial training of new hires
- Coordinates with new hires in the completion of RBT their RBT certificate within 90-days of hire
- Delegates responsibly to create support systems throughout clinic
- Reviews BCBA and Direct Therapy billable hours on a weekly basis
- Oversees authorizations and reauthorization reports by BCBA team
- Oversees regular BIP reviews and continued staff training
- Works in collaboration with Executive Director to help develop plans to support BCBAs and therapists for continued growth and learning.
- Provides guidance, mentorship, and servant leadership to BCBA team to ensure that quality standards are upheld
- Holds monthly team meetings with all staff and develops effective team trainings
- Supports and oversees semiannual evaluations for RBTs and BCBAs
- Oversees and Reviews weekly schedules with Scheduling Coordinator to ensure maximum authorization utilization.
- Collaborates with Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, and surrounding Clinical Directors on a weekly basis regarding best practices, feedback, and further building of team culture
- Supervises three to five clients on personal caseload (10-15 billable hours).
- Leads clients, team members, and clinic with a Servant Leadership approach and open-door policy
Qualifications:
- Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Minimum 1 year experience leading a team of BCBAs
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
