Filta Lead Area Sales Manager – San Diego
Seeking a highly motivated Lead Area Sales Manager (LASM) to develop strategies aimed at growing the San Diego (SD) Filta service area. The LASM will lead by example to establish new relationships with hospitality partners as well as train and mentor the sales team they oversee. Must have excellent people and communication skills to effectively initiate, close, and manage the relationship to ensure the use of the full suite of Filta service offerings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with Regional Sales Director to develop and report on area growth strategies, including business development for hospitality groups
- Be the expert in all Filta service products, features and benefits
- Monitor, coach, and develop sales team to improve sales team productivity and sales skills
- Sets an excellent management example and quality image
- Set forth and ensure execution of monthly, weekly, and daily plans for the SD team
- Support sales team in establishing challenging or complex new account relationships and managing escalated issues
- Ensure all customer program, data, and relevant relationship management notes are maintained by the team in the CRM and policies and procedures are followed
- Collaborate with all departments to provide customer feedback, identify, and implement best practices and suggest innovative ways to increase sales and enhance customer experience

- Understand and comply with ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to our business
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years combined sales / sales management experience in achieving sales targets (hospitality preferred)
- Willing to go above and beyond for customers and the company
- Self-starter with growth-centered mindset
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
- Valid Driver's license, good driving history, and proficiency in safe driving habits.
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. completed vocational training).
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities, and needs. The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member.

$55,000 per year plus commission
