Quality Control Coordinator
The QC Coordinator ensures that technical processes are developed and properly executed. This person is responsible for developing, performing, and maintaining documentation of the following:
Responsibilities:
· Coordination of Semi-Annual Cleanroom Certifications with complete reporting documentation.
· Maintain the Preventative Maintenance & Calibration (PM&C) Schedule.
· Coordinate PM&C of all equipment with contractors and internal personnel.
· Ensure all cGMP production facilities are being maintained per SOPs and verify all documentation is properly completed.
· Communicate with Production Manager and Quality Director to coordinate any corrective actions needed based on report findings.
· Processes Validation and Equipment Qualifications are an essential function of this role.
· Learn current processes for due or coming-due validations.
· Perform performance and operational assessment of current processes and verify agreement of operator compliance with current SOPs.
· Evaluate process improvements based on Chemical Operator feedback.
· Develop process validation and complete reporting documentation required for validation.
· Provide support to Quality Department programs when needed.
Qualifications:
· Formal Quality experience required.
· Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
· Attention to detail, and good documentation skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Able to work independently and with a team.

Bonus Pay:
$2500 Bonus after 4 months of employment.
