Job Description:
Vortex Racing is looking for a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for motorsports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Customer Management:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers and dealers to generate new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
2. Order Processing and Management:
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments to track order status and resolve issues.
- Manage and update customer accounts, including contact information, purchase history, and sales notes.
3. Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay up-to-date with Vortex Racing’s product offerings and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge.
- Educate customers and dealers on Vortex Racing products' features, benefits, and proper use.
4. Events and Trade Shows:
- Represent Vortex Racing at various racing events and trade shows.
- Engage with customers and industry professionals to promote Vortex Racing products.
- Enjoy the excitement of attending racing events and immersing in the motorsports community
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
