Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in inside sales/telemarketing , with at least 5 years in a Vice President or Director level equivalent leadership role
- Experience managing large inside sales teams
- Expertise leading outbound telemarketing organization
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in an inside sales, call center environment
- Experience overseeing a transactional sales environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Creative, hands-on problem solver that can operate in an agile environment
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
