Summary: The Office/Wholesale Manager will help organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness. In addition, the Office/Wholesale Manager will assist in all other operations of the business to obtain sales growth.
Key Job Responsibilities:
· Run and compile weekly sales reports; Analyze and recap monthly and seasonally.
· Responsible for creating available to sell reports .
· Work with buyers to ensure that PO’s are shipped out on time, are correctly received, and confirmed accurately.
· Manage sales, confirmation and production samples and approval process.
· Track and monitor inventory
· Track and save orders and retail pricing.
· Compile individual accounts line sheets.
· Compile closeouts/ Stock offer sheets
· Review orders – verify style #, style name for accuracy.
· Assist with managing all day-to-day operations in the office
· Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
· Other ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
· Must be highly self-motivated, willing to take initiative
· Ability to handle confidential information and relationships (i.e. bank relationships)
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Attention to detail and consistent follow-through
· Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Basic understanding of QuickBooks or similar program preferred but not mandatory (willing to teach!)
· Working knowledge of basic Finance & Accounting principles; Understand costing, pricing, etc.
· Familiarity with Wholesale industry preferred
· Some knowledge of operations and logistics preferred – import, export, warehouse, shipping, containers, trucking, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $78,542.00 - $87,118.00 per year
