Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to members by assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Process loan applications and assist members with loan inquiries
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and services to members
- Apply retail math skills to accurately calculate fees, interest, and payments
- Manage customer relationships by building rapport and addressing member needs
- Implement fraud prevention detection measures to protect member accounts and personal information
- Maintain strong relationship management skills to effectively communicate with members
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution or retail environment
- Familiarity with loan processing procedures and documentation requirements
- Basic understanding of fraud prevention detection measures
- Excellent relationship management skills to provide exceptional customer service
