We are looking for an energetic and collaborative HR Generalist who has a demonstrated track record of delivering full functional HR generalist support. The HR Generalist will assist with and track employee and company compliance of state and federal regulations, including new hire onboarding, employee issues, and unemployment. The ideal candidate will possess experience with the production of metrics and data for various HR projects.
Critical to the success of the HR Generalist is the ability to demonstrate critical thinking, build strong relationships with employees and co-workers, work autonomously, or under direct guidance. The applicant will be a goal-oriented, driven individual with superior communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver full-cycle HR services: on-boarding and off-boarding, employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions.
- Participate in developing new policies, procedures, and programs.
- Compile and prepare data for statistical reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day administration, communication, implementation, and adherence to HR policies and programs.
- Maintain employee files and records
- Promote HR programs and company values to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR Team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree emphasizing Human Resources Management, two years’ experience as an HR generalist, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and clerical duties
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a strong sense of judgment
- High personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
