POSITION SUMMARY
The Site Supervisor will be the boots on the ground throughout the pool construction process. They are responsible for keeping the owners updated on any deadlines, modifications, or problems during the construction process. Each stage of the construction will be examined for quality, and their findings will be recorded with checklists and pictures. Site supervisors will report to the Project Manager to provide details on project phase execution, owner requests, questions, or concerns. The site supervisor is ultimately the front line of communication for the client, as well as the initial contact for all subcontractors and labor crews working on the project.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- To communicate schedules, timelines, changes and issues to homeowners throughout the construction process
- To effectively manage all assigned job schedules throughout the construction process
- To simultaneously maintain 20+ ongoing jobs at any time
- To function as part of a larger team and accomplish objectives together
- To finish and close out all jobs quickly and effectively by passing final inspection
- To effectively log all construction process with photos and updates via construction management software
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Can handle multiple tasks/jobs at once
- Comfortable with technology. Will need to be familiar with spreadsheets and be able to learn construction management software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; with equivalent experience
- Construction experience is a plus, but not necessary. Pool experience not necessary
- Valid driver’s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel or crouch.
- Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Position requires local travel to and from field sites to monitor the status of multiple projects

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
