We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls, processing orders, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth by efficiently handling customer inquiries and transactions. Schedule: Monday through Friday daytime only.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of all items sold by company
- Support outside sales representatives
- Meet activity goals: Order processing accuracy, Inbound/outbound activity
- Resolve customer issues in a customer obsessed way
- Meet or exceed sales growth targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write and communicate fluently in English and Spanish
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, projecting customer needs over the phone
- Negotiation and de-escalation skills
