Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be an essential part of our team and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will act as a liaison between our customers and various departments, handling inbound and outbound calls and email contacts. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience with our company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answered and documented customer calls from assigned call queues, and assisted with customer requests for assistance, focusing on first-call resolution.
- Actively engage with customers over the phone through inbound calls. Light selling expected.
- Complete assigned Support Cases daily.
- Respond to customer emails as assigned daily.
- Enter new business submissions from the sales team under daily deadlines.
- Support the sales team's requests for updates to new customers.
- Perform light logistics on an as-needed basis for urgent route driver changes.
- Use and understand various systems to execute daily tasks.
- Hybrid work from home/work from office schedule.
- Office hours may be required (minimum 3 days per week). Some weeks require more than the minimum.
