Role:
The Senior HR Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes. This position involves analyzing workforce data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, HR metrics, and business intelligence tools, enabling them to effectively interpret complex data sets and translate findings into impactful recommendations. US Citizenship required. No C2C or sponsorships.
Duties:
Data Collection and Management:

Collect, compile, and organize large volumes of workforce data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, employee surveys, and other relevant databases.

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by conducting regular audits and data validation checks.

Maintain and update dashboards, ensuring they reflect current and relevant data.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:

Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations related to employee performance, retention, recruitment, and other key HR metrics.

Utilize statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to uncover insights that drive strategies and business decisions.

Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Reporting and Visualization:

Develop and maintain comprehensive workforce analytics reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Create visually appealing and easily understandable data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights and trends.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams, providing context and actionable steps.
Process Improvement and Innovation:

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce analytics and data science.

Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR analytics efforts.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with HR teams, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of data analytics initiatives.

Serve as a subject matter expert on data analytics, providing guidance and support to HR colleagues and stakeholders.

Foster a data-driven culture within the organization by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the HR domain.

Proven track record of conducting complex data analysis and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Excel.

Expertise in using business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of HRIS systems and workforce data sources.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Experience in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with advanced analytics techniques such as machine learning, predictive modeling, and data mining.
