General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Clinical Coordination Center Intake Clerk provides administrative support for patient care area. These duties include flexibility by 100% remote from home using Home Care Home Base System, data entry of referral information, benefit verification, initial authorization of services, initial patient contact, and other duties as assigned.

Education
Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
Additional requirements:
§ Type of degree: Associate’s degree preferred
Experience
Minimum Level of Experience Required: No prior job-related work experience
Preferred experience: Medical terminology with three years’ experience preferred. Demonstrated competency of standard medical terminology.
