Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, clients, and staff members
- Proficient in using phone systems, including transferring calls and taking messages
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative duties
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.
