Motor Coach Dispatcher Needed
Position Summary: The Dispatch Team plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and timely operation of driver services. They oversee all activities of drivers, both scheduled and unscheduled, to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards. A motivated individual that can dispatch a growing motor coach business in Phoenix and Tucson. Must communicate with drivers, clients and mechanics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uphold and enforce the company's policies, procedures, and service standards for drivers.
- Maintain effective communication channels with key personnel to ensure assignments are completed successfully.
- Manage runs efficiently, including assigning drivers to cover unscheduled runs.
- Handle multiple phone lines effectively.
- Assist drivers in developing effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Coordinate with other affiliated companies when necessary to meet service demands.
- Document and address any operational issues or challenges.
- Acquire knowledge of common destinations, routes, and traffic patterns.
- Disperse trip sheets and manage driver confirmations.
- Provide backup support to the Reservations department.
- Respond promptly and flexibly to any scheduling issues or day-to-day problems.
- Actively participate in the company's management team to contribute to its growth and success.

- Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
- Computer literate in Google Suite programs
