This position is responsible for assisting with customer relations, the day-to-day support of our sales and marketing objectives and support of our operating platform.

A successful candidate will be well organized, customer focused, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player and responsible, with a high level of dedication and will provide support to the Sales/Marketing Director and VP of Business Development.
Job Duties:
This position will be responsible for performing the following duties that will help ensure meeting our company’s sales objectives:
· Assist with orientation of new customers (on-boarding) to assure they have appropriate training, introductions to staff members, processes, and properly set expectations.
· Assist with development of customer marketing materials/manuals for on-boarding and training on our array of services.
· Be a role model within the organization
· Develop highest level of product knowledge and required tools to enable the highest level of customer support.
· Develop relevant Industry knowledge to enable value added support calls through low and high-level understanding of our industry’s issues.
· Develop knowledge of the competitive landscape and activities.
· Demonstrate excellent verbal and written business communication skills with a high degree of sensitivity as to how it may get circulated within customer’s organizations.
· Assist with coordination of company’s attendance at tradeshows and marketing events and when deemed beneficial attend such shows.
· Assist with development and management of corporate marketing collateral.
· Cultivate existing and new relationships by establishing a meaningful professional connection with our key customers.
· Assure customer and prospective customer information is maintained and up to date in the CRM.
· Assure our customers interests are properly addressed with appropriate level of priority by serving as the escalation point and managing over-site of issue resolution.
· Assist with tracking and reporting weekly customer activities not otherwise provided by the sales or ops department.
· Attend weekly meeting and provide feedback received from customers related to opportunities, areas of concern and any other pertinent information.
· Plan company business meetings and functions related to management, sales and customer events.
· Assist with new operating platform and data migration from the legacy system.
