McMahon & Hadder Insurance, a Higginbotham partner, has an immediate opening for a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in their Pensacola, FL office.
The Personal Lines Customer Service Representative provides prompt, accurate, courteous service to our customers, producers and company personnel. They will also provide, with positive attitude, a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding, and servicing our personal lines accounts.
Some of the day-to-day tasks for the Personal Lines Customer Service Representative include:
- Services personal lines accounts as assigned, rating and quoting renewal risks and aiding in collections
- Collects premiums per established agency procedures before binding any coverage when applicable
- Screens, places and processes personal lines rewrite applications, as assigned
- Reviews rewrite applications, renewal requests, and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines in a timely fashion
- Initiates, screens and prepares endorsements requests for personal lines clients
- Rates and computes endorsements, cancellations, and additional or return premiums when required
- Handles telephone requests and correspondence for personal lines clients
- Reviews policies ad endorsements for accuracy
- Maintains all client activity in the agency automation system
Location:
Experience:
- At least two (2) years of personal line insurance experience preferred
License/Certification:
- Florida Resident Customer Representative License (4-40) preferred
- Florida Property and Casualty Agent License/General Lines Agent License (2-20) preferred
