BMW of Bridgeport has an opening for full-time service receptionist. Seeking an enthusiastic self-starter with an upbeat personality who is detail-oriented. Must have a professional appearance and be able to work well on a team!
Must have exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal communication, customer service and multi-tasking skills. Play a key role in maintaining the stores’ reputation and image while showing a strong desire to serve our client’s needs. Ideal candidates will have the ability to be flexible in a fast paced team-oriented work environment, are driven to succeed and learn.
Responsibilities:

Take payment from customers who are picking their vehicle up from service
- Assist customers in any aspect of conversation in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner while delivering a premium customer service experience
- Close and file repair orders
- Assist the service advisors with payments and paperwork
- Keep the front desk organized
- Keep the customer waiting area tidy and stocked
- Manage all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed
- Answer the phones and schedule service appointments
- Perform basic administrative and other duties as assigned
- Provide support to service / sales / parts staff and managers as needed
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Be dependable and punctual
Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- One year previous receptionist and/or cashiering experience is preferred
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Must be at least 18-years-old
- Pass a 7 year criminal background check and drug screen
- Bi-Lingual not required, but preferred
