Responsibilities:
The Supervisor, HIM Telecommunications Support is responsible for ensuring excellent front line customer service, service recovery, issue resolution, to identify and implement provider on-call policy and procedures; support external departments with review of clinical/environment call procedures and ensure that policies are carried out consistently.
