Job Overview:
The Brand Ambassador will act as the face and voice of our company, promoting our products and services to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This role requires a dynamic and outgoing individual who can create engaging content, connect with customers, and represent our brand at various events and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
- Represent the brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Attend and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers in-person and online to promote products and services.
- Provide detailed information about the brand’s offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Content Creation:
- Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and tutorials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
Sales Support:
- Assist in generating leads and converting prospects into customers.
- Monitor and report on feedback and trends from promotional events.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
Market Research:
- Gather and report customer feedback and market insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide suggestions for improving brand presence and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.50 - $12.00 per hour
