We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to undertake aspects of our AR/AP Aging oversight and management. Candidate will have exposure to all aspect of accounting, and finance, and have the ability to grow into other aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. This position is key to the long term success of the company, and the candidate will see their work have an immediate and tangible impact every day in a dynamic, fast-paced and growing company.
What you'll do:
- Assist with multiple accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Inventory Accounting
- Ensuring any billing process inquires are handled quickly and efficiently
- Preparing invoices and forwarding to the appropriate contact
- Monitoring and reviewing outstanding bills and following up with the appropriate internal or external teams to ensure payment is made
- Preparing various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables
- Working with the finance department to ensure that contract specifications are up-to-date and procedures are followed
- Completing any online status reports
- Working to reduce delinquent payments

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
