We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Network Engineer who is willing to travel extensively to assist with network turn-ups and installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, with a focus on Ethernet and wireless systems, along with proficiency in low voltage wiring and fiber optic installations.
Responsibilities:

Travel to various locations to assist with network turn-ups and installations for MDU buildings.

Perform on-site assessments and surveys to determine network requirements and specifications.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Ethernet and wireless systems according to project requirements.

Implement low voltage wiring, fiber backbones, electronic locks, security cameras, and other IoT systems as needed.

Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Provide technical support and guidance to field teams during installations and deployments.

Document installation procedures, configurations, and network diagrams for future reference.

Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to network engineering.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience in network engineering, with a focus on Ethernet and wireless systems.

Strong understanding of low voltage wiring, fiber optic installations, and IoT systems.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (routers, switches, access points, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various locations.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CWNP, or equivalent are a plus.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically as needed.
