Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounting Specialist for an in-office position in NW Dallas. This position will encompass Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing - candidate must be well-rounded on all these areas. Company will be relocating to the Uptown area of Dallas at the beginning of 2025. Great opportunity in the financial industry!
Duties include:

Process invoices and travel expense reports

Payment posting and business-to-business collections of past due balances

Ensure correct coding billing and invoices

General Ledger account reconciliations

Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications include:
-
2+ years in Accounting role that included AP, AR, billing, and reconciliations

Strong and professional communication skills - both written and verbal
-
Highly organized, analytical thinker, and dependable
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (Sage and Expensify a plus!)

Some college preferred
