Responsibilities:
- Kickstart your role with an engaging 6-12 week intensive training program, focusing on enhancing your existing skills with our balanced training approach. This crucial period aims to broaden your expertise and ensure you're well-prepared to implement our distinguished training programs effectively.
- Following this foundational training, you'll take on the delivery of our comprehensive training services. Your involvement could span private sessions, group classes, and/or Board & Train programs, aligned with your areas of strength and interest.
- Design individualized training plans that cater to the specific needs of each dog, aiming for positive behavioral transformations and obedience.
- Conduct detailed assessments to understand each dog's behavior and temperament, formulating tailored training strategies.
- Build robust relationships with pet owners, offering them consistent updates, guidance, and support to maintain the training's effectiveness beyond our sessions.
- Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives, promoting balanced dog training and responsible pet care.
- Commit to continual professional development, keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dog training techniques and practices.
- Collaborate with our team, exchanging knowledge and experiences to elevate the overall quality and effectiveness of our training services.

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Nashville Metro area//Middle Tennessee.
Currently all open roles require trainers to be able to board dogs in their own home or to have a facility that can.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
