We are Idaho’s largest intellectual property boutique, representing multiple top-10, multi-national patent filers. We seek experienced patent attorneys and agents to work remotely on patent drafting and patent prosecution matters.
As the ideal candidate for this position, you are:

- ready to learn truly exceptional patent preparation and prosecution; and
- brilliant (always a plus).
A suitable candidate must:
- have at least a bachelor's degree in one of the following technical subjects: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (ABET-accredited);
- have a USPTO Registration Number;
- have a minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in patent application drafting and/or patent prosecution;
- be U.S. based; and
- have a U.S. work authorization
Pay is negotiable and depends on experience.
