Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large-scale capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement Project Execution Strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout project development and execution.
- Maintain adherence to schedules, budgets, and customer requirements.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in project management.
- Provide mentorship to junior Project Managers.
- Prioritize safety, cost-efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- Manage project risks and liaise with contractors and stakeholders.
- Facilitate the acquisition of external permits.
- Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Capital Coordinators Team to develop and manage annual capital plans and budgets.
- Manage relationships with all project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the plastic manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) process.
- Exceptional communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%-35%.
- Technical background with hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
