Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle front desk duties, assist with customer inquiries, and ensure efficient office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of receptionist duties is a plus
