About the Role
The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the sales team by optimizing sales processes, managing CRM systems, and providing data-driven insights. This role ensures the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization through strategic analysis and the implementation of best practices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has strong technical skills with a deep understanding of sales operations. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of 2 days per week onsite.
What You’ll Do

Analyze and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Develop and implement best practices, standardized processes, and documentation

Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process

Maintain and administer the CRM system (HubSpot)

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CRM

Configure and manage CRM workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems
-
Generate regular and ad-hoc sales performance reports and dashboards

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to inform strategic decisions

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operational needs, including pipeline management, territory planning, and quota setting

Develop and deliver training and resources to support the sales team in using tools and processes effectively

Support the implementation of sales enablement initiatives

Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and targets

Monitor sales performance against goals and provide recommendations for adjustments

Assist in the development of sales compensation plans and incentive programs

Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination

Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and other departments

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive revenue growth

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales operations

Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems

Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
-
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)

Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools

Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously

Proactive approach to identifying problems and developing effective solutions

Preferred but not required: HubSpot Certification, or similar credentials
What We Offer

Compensation range for this role: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary plus sales-based commission structure
