Minimum Qualifications:
Current Texas Landscape Irrigation License required
Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester License (BPAT) required
5 years of experience in the industry required
1-2 years of supervisory experience required
Experience in a customer service-related field/industry required
Fluent Spanish speaker preferred
Technology literacy & capability required
Experience with Smartlink/Weathermatic systems preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience Inspecting Irrigation Systems
Irrigation System Technician & Diagnostic Knowledge
Backflow Inspection Experience
Experience with Smartlink/Weathermatic systems
Horticulture & Turfgrass Knowledge
Strong organizational skills

Understanding of how to deliver high-level customer service
Ability to teach/train/manage crews

Irrigation Manager Responsibilities:
Ability to design and oversee the installation of custom design build irrigation systems
Devotion to ongoing training and supervision of frontline members to provide thorough and high-level irrigation management
Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships with customers & internal Grow and Co. team based upon clear and frequent communication
Ability to provide concise plans for repair of irrigation systems as well as ability to adapt with on the fly requests
Provide thoughtful feedback related to customer relationships and division needs to the Director.
Maintain key relationships with vendors to manage and oversee all division parts and supplies
Ability to coach/guide customers' perception of service being provided to maximize customer retention and understanding
Manage crew schedule and training to ensure quality adherence to industry standards
Manage job costs according to company guidelines, and assist in meeting profitability goals
Maintain a high-level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, in company vehicles, on company property, and in customer work-sites
Prepare and present proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company standards
Maintain a neat and comprehensive database to track all proposals in progress, and provide timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain a neat and comprehensive database to track all seasonally appropriate tasks for current clients
Assists Director by providing recommendations for continued financial success and strategic division growth
Is accountable to meeting target sales goals for division and managing budget expenses
Responsible for producing billing documentation and conducting customer walk-throughs
Is accountable for the collection and billing status of all work completed within division
Primarily responsible for resolving any collection issues with controller
Responsible for maintaining all irrigation licenses while employed with company
Participates in various industry associations to increase knowledge of the industry, sales opportunities, and best practice skills.
Represents Grow & Company at various events, organizations, and associations to build relationships that lead to new opportunities

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
