We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas.
Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently coordinating and scheduling service requests, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of technical support processes, with the primary focus on managing and organizing the tech schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, prioritize, and assign service requests to the appropriate technical support staff.
- Monitor and manage the status of open tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate with clients to gather detailed information about their technical issues.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site and remote support appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, actions taken, and client interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of service delivery processes and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Perform follow-up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction with the resolution of their issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dispatcher or coordinator role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems and dispatching software. Connectwise Manage or HaloPSA a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of IT support and managed services operations is a plus.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
