Core Commercial is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs, and meeting a sales quota.

Qualifications:
- Positive Self-Starter. You have an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage your time well and can present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in person, and over the phone.

- You have at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing position
- No college degree is required, however, BS/BA degree or equivalent helpful
- Own a dependable and respectable vehicle with proper insurance

Key Responsibilities:
- Generating revenue and meeting sales targets, long-term customer retention, and product selection
- Developing and qualifying leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns
- You will provide complete and appropriate packaging, janitorial, safety solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability
- Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline's functionality from prospecting and lead generation to closing the sale and creating a referral-based sales channel

Responsibilities:
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Sales deliverables and generate new revenue through prospecting, lead generation techniques, and cross-selling opportunities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously improve through feedback
- He/she will be evaluated based upon the ability to generate leads that create new partnerships/accounts and expand existing business
