SUMMARY
Aircraft Cabin Cleaning Agents support Winner Aviation airline clients by providing airline passengers with a clean, comfortable, and safe travel experience. Cabin Cleaning Agents prepare the aircraft for timely boarding and departure by restocking supplies, cleaning of seats, seat back pockets, aisles, floors, cabin, galleys, and lavatories. No prior experience necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- The ideal candidate must be people oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Clean Aircraft Cabin before the next day departures.
- Ensure FAA, TSA and airport regulations are followed.
- Direct lift truck movement and positioning in the Airport.
- Remove all trash from aircraft, disinfect, and reline trash containers.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock all lavatories.
- Clean galley, including disposal of all perishable food items, discarding used coffee bags and cleaning coffee pot, cleaning and disinfect countertops and pull-out surfaces.
- Return all seats to the upright position and cross seat belts, clean all seats, seat back pockets, tray tables and replace soiled magazines.
- Clean aircraft floor, including vacuum entire interior cargo deck and mop flight deck floors.
- Logs and tracks all interior cleaning paperwork as required.
- Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
- Enforce safety/security measures and monitor safety sensitive zones.
- Respond to irregular operations as needed.
- Promote safety and compliance with all regulatory, company and airline requirements.
- Attend and complete required online and on the job training.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Must be 18 years or older.
- Arrives to work on time to ensure prompt servicing of the aircraft and on time departures.
- Verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to read and write English.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment.
- Must be able to become qualified to operate all aircraft ground support equipment.
- Must be physically able to push/pull/lift, unload, and maneuver heavy luggage and/or equipment in excess of 70lbs for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in the airport environment: indoor and outdoor. Extreme outdoor conditions where extreme temperature ranges and conditions may be encountered.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
- Must be able to qualify for all TSA security clearance requirements.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be well groomed and adhere to dress code policy.
- Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with other management, employees, vendors, and associate companies is a must.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills and knowledge of general computer equipment.
GENERAL
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee must be able to carry 50 pound suitcase from the floor to a height sufficient to place them in baggage carts and onto loading equipment, and carry a 50 pound suitcase in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet; must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, climbing, balancing, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time in aircraft cargo holds and baggage bins. The employee must have sufficient hearing and vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
